Yogoose ("we," "our," or "us") operates the yogoose.com website and the Yogoose browser extension (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Search Queries: When you use Yogoose to search, we process your query to determine intent (website navigation vs. AI response) and to generate AI-powered answers. We do not permanently store your search queries or associate them with personally identifiable information.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data such as total search volume, feature usage patterns, and error rates to improve the Service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
Browser Extension: The Yogoose browser extension only accesses the new tab page and omnibox functionality. It does not read your browsing history, access your bookmarks, or collect any personal data.
When your query is classified as an AI question, it is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. These queries are processed in real-time and are subject to Anthropic's usage policies. We do not store the content of AI conversations beyond the duration of your session.

Yogoose is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
